Vattakottai Fort

Vattakottai fort is a seaside fort situated near to Kanyakumari. It was built by the Travancore Kingdom in the 18th century as a part of coastal defence. Other than INR 25 entry fee, Vattaikottai Panchayat levied an additional entry fee from visitors.
